It can be used in place of butter for cooking, baking or sautéing. It can be mixed with other cold pressed nourishing oils like black seed oil or hemp seed oil for a nourishing daily routine. It is a semi solid oil, solidifies depending on the temperature. Best preserved if kept in a dark cupboard away from sun light. It will be sent to you in dark glass containers, the clear glass in photo is to demonstrate the golden pure color of the ghee.
