Please provide only information that is reasonably necessary for your consultation. Aromatherapy consultations are educational wellness services and are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a licensed medical professional.

ProSeed Holistic Wellness does not represent that it is a healthcare provider or healthcare plan covered by HIPAA. Nevertheless, we treat the privacy and security of consultation information seriously.
