Shipping policy

WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING A HUGE SPIKE IN DEMAND FROM THE PANDEMIC. WE CANNOT EXPEDITE ANY ORDER.  ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE.

 

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

We know that timely shipping is crucial to our loyal customers. Our goal is to ship orders in 1-2 business days. Expedited shipping methods will ship the same business day if placed before 11:00 AM EST. Please note that any expedited shipping options chosen after 11:00 AM EST will ship out the next business day. Whenever an extended delay is expected in shipping your package, our Customer Service team will notify you via phone or email. Please be aware that all expedited shipping options do not include Saturday delivery. If you need Saturday delivery, please choose customer pickup at checkout as your preferred shipping method with a notation requesting Saturday delivery and we will contact you with a shipping quote. 

Note: During peak holiday times, or due to any unforeseen events delays may cause an overall increase in shipping times.

Exceptions:

Custom orders may require a 5-10 business day lead time. 

Customer Pickup:

Customer pickup is not offered at this time.

Shipping Rates:

All of our shipping rates and methods can easily be seen during the checkout process prior to placing your final order. The rates displayed are reflective of shipping and handling.

International Shipping:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the items price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

When will I get my shipment?

Depending on your location, your order will typically arrive 1-5 business days after it is processed for most U.S addresses. To keep you posted, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves us that will include a tracking number for your order. We do offer 2nd day and overnight options as well for an additional cost. 

Where does my order ship from?

All orders ship from our facility in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey. We never drop-ship products. By keeping all shipping in-house, we can guarantee quality, speed and accuracy in your order fulfillment.

Changes to Our Shipping Policy

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change our shipping policy at any time by posting revised terms to our Shipping Policy. It is your responsibility to check periodically for any changes we may make to this policy. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to this policy or other terms means you accept the changes.
